This wine praises a high-level denomination like Montecucco Vermentino DOC. It is produced with 100% Vermentino cultivated in new vineyards, located 300 meters above the sea level on well-exposed soils mainly composed by sandstone that gives the vines its best habitat. The wine-making is managed in steel at a controlled temperature that swings between 15-18°C. the wine starts its natural decanting that lasts 5 months, followed by two months aging in the bottle.
