Wine description
This Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC comes from vineyards located at 150 m above sea level, on soils rich in rotting rocks. Following the manual harvest, white wine is vinified and cold macerated at about 15°C for a period of 18 days. The aging phase requires a bottle stay of at least 2 months.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fruity scent of ripe summer fruit. On the palate it impresses with a pleasant persistence.
Recommended combinations with this white wine from Tuscany
To try with fish and shellfish dishes, also perfect as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 13°C.
