From the skillful vinification of this particular vine for the Sicilian territory, is born the Vola Vola Viogner Terre Siciliane which is vinified with 100% pure Viognier grapes. The provenance, as per corporate tradition, is that of Western Sicily. The harvest takes place at the end of August, with the grapes at the right level of ripeness. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks and for 3 months. The wine is aged for six months in bottle.
Features of this Viogner
The wine has a straw yellow color. The aroma has typical exotic aromas and also citrus notes. The taste in the mouth is very intense, sensations of aromatic herbs, a great minerality and a good flavor, which culminates in a wide and elegant finish.
