This sensational Sicilian wine is the result of a blend of international grapes expertly bred within the farm. The blend is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. The origin of the vines is from Western Sicily as tradition Fina and the harvest takes place in the month of August-September. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 24 months in barrique.

The organoleptic analysis shows an intense and deep red color. The scent is that of wine of great texture and thickness, elegant, unmistakable to the nose for the intense spiciness, a Bordeaux made rich but measured, not opulent; powerful but never heavy, indeed, flowing and juicy. The taste is deep, very balanced, with tannins of an exemplary elegance and a fruity aftertaste that stands in favor of its favorable evolution over time.
