From the 100% vinification of 100% Nero D'Avola grapes, this sensational red wine of the Sicilian tradition of great value and refinement. The provenance of the vines falls in the area of Western Sicily within the company. The harvest takes place in September in full degree of ripeness of the grapes in order to ensure an optimal balance between sugar and minerality of the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is also aged in steel tanks and lasts for 18 months in tonneau.

The wine shows an intense ruby red color. The scent is characterized by the typical varietal characters, such as: hints of plum, black cherry under spirit, with notes of violet and spices (nutmeg and cloves), opening, you can recognize intense shades of tobacco. The taste in the mouth is dry, fruity with good acidity, the warmth and the sensation of velvety tannins stand out.
