This biologic and vegan wine born by Nero d’Avola grapes which are the genuine expression of the Sicilian tradition. It has an intense color with purple reflections and a rich aroma of cherry, strawberry and prune. The taste is soft, structured and persistent. The cultivation soils are sandy located at 200 meters above the sea level and the cultivation method is the trellised with cordon spur pruning. The manual grape harvest takes place in September. There is the maceration and the fermentation each one for about 10-15 days at 22-24°C. The aging period takes place in steel and the wine once bottled rests for 2-3 months.
