Wine description
For the production of this Abruzzo white wine from the Collefrisio Winery, 100% Pecorino grapes are used, harvested during the third decade of September. Following the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and then undergo low-temperature maceration and subsequent temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel.
Characteristics of this Abruzzi wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity and floral while the palate is striking for its long persistence.

Excellent with hot fish hors d'oeuvres, Linguine al nero di seppia, grilled and fried dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-12 C°.
