Collefrisio
Aiming at quality but not disdaining an important assortment; following organic logic but looking to the international markets: these are the cornerstones of the philosophy of the Collefrisio winery in Abruzzo, founded in 2005. The winery is located in Piane di Maggio, a small village near Chieti, where the cellar itself is situated, with a surface area of 200 square metres. All around it are long stretches of olive groves and rows of vines. The vineyards cover an area of about 50 hectares divided between the three estates: the Tenuta Madre, where white grapes are cultivated, the Tenuta Morrecine, which produces red grapes for rosé wines, and finally the third estate dedicated to the cultivation of red grapes.
