Wine description
This Abruzzi white wine from the Collefrisio Winery is made from pure Passerina grapes. After manual harvesting of the grapes, destemming and subsequent maceration at a low temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel.
Characteristics of this Abruzzi wine
It has a straw-yellow colour and an intense aroma of citrus fruits, bergamot and white flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh with a good structure.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from Abruzzo
Try it with fish dishes: warm appetisers, octopus salad, linguine allo scoglio, fried and grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
