Vermentino Maremma Toscana "LA MORA" DOC CECCHI

From the Cecchi winery a refined white wine of the Tuscan tradition that knows how to interpret the coastal territory and the marine influence on the coasts suited to winemaking, with internationally recognized expressiveness. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of 100% pure Vermentino. The origin is that of the Maremma Toscana. The vinification takes place in white, with cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place for 15 days at 15°C. The refinement of the wine takes place for at least 2 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of this Tuscan white wine

This wine has a light and bright straw yellow color. The nose gives clear hints of ripe summer fruit, including white peaches and yellow plums in particular. The taste on the palate follows the same path as the olfactory, proving to be fragrant and succulent, with good persistence.
