Wine description
The refined and precious Ciù Ciù winery offers this wine of the Marchigiana tradition. Vinified with 100% Verdicchio grapes. The origin of the vineyards falls within the scope of the DOP in the Province of Ancona. The harvest for this variety that shows all the characteristics of the territory takes place manually, as usual, at the end of September. For the vinification in white, we proceed with the classic modern method that provides for fermentation at controlled temperature. The aging takes place in steel and in bottle.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color, the scent is broad and floral, evolving to exotic fruit with the passage of time. The taste has a structured and full-bodied flavor.
