Wine description
Fresh, light and elegant: here are 3 adjectives to best describe this Abruzzo rosé wine from Tenuta Ulisse winery, produced from Merlot and other red grape varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are placed in the cooling tunnel, with subsequent cryomaceration of the peel; the slow fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 11 ºC in thermoregulated tanks. The aging requires first the stop in steel tanks and finally in bottle.
Characteristics of this rosé wine
It has a soft pink color and an olfactory bouquet typical of the notes of the Mediterranean and fruit. The palate is fruity but above all citrus, striking for its freshness and persistence.
