Rosa Chiara LA SCOLCA

If we join our precious white grapes Cortese with the black ones of Pinot Noir we obtain a Rosé with a pleasant colour characterized by a pink colour with shades that recalls coral. This wine conquers with its round and soft taste, enriched by orange hints and wild rose. The perfumes are light but intense, with persistent sensation of undergrowth. The vine variety used is Cortese, joined to the 3 max 6% of Pinot Noir to give colour through a brief contact with the peels. The grapes come from the vineyards located in the production area of Gavi DOCG.

Features of “Rosa Chiara” La Scolca

Typical pink colour with shiny coral reflections. The perfume is intense, delicate, with hints of orange flowers and wild rose. Its taste is harmonious, wide and savoury, with a long softness.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this Rosé wine

Ideal as happy hour, great with fish or white meat grilled or cooked with sauces. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass.
