Weinbeschreibung
From a blend of Primitivo and Aleatico grapes comes this Apulian rosé wine from the Winery Terre Carsiche 1939. After harvesting in mid-September, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-15 C° for about 15 days.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a rosé colour with slightly purplish highlights. The olfactory notes evoke flowers as well as strawberry and cherry, the palate is full, slightly savoury and fresh.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine
Excellent with fish dishes but also fresh cheese. serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
