The Picolit DOCG is a white raisin wine of the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The grapes used for this wine are 100% Picolit lately picked. Before the wine making process the bunches are left withering on trellis and in this period there is the formation of the Botrytis Cinerea which is a mold that gives the most fine aromas and scents to the wine. The wine making takes place in steel and in follows 10 months of refinement in acacia barrels.

It has a gold color. The scent is complex with acacia, apricots and honey aromas. The taste is intense, creamy, sweet with a good acidity, harmonic and a good ending persistence.
