Weinbeschreibung
From the use of pure Nero di Troia grapes grown in the iconic Murgia area comes this Nero di Troia from the Apulian winery Terre Carsiche 1939. Following the harvest, which takes place in the first ten days of October, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has an intense red colour with orange and violet reflections. The olfactory bouquet is very intense, all centred on violets and black fruit. Soft and full-bodied on the palate, with pleasant hints of spicy notes.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
Suitable with all red meat and game dishes. Also try it with mature cheeses.Serve at a temperature of 18-20 C°.
