Wine description
This red wine from Puglia is made from 100% Primitivo grapes, harvested manually at the end of August.The alcoholic fermentation process takes place at temperatures not exceeding 25 ºC, with subsequent aging in steel and bottling.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The olfactory profile recalls notes of berries and blackberries while the palate is well balanced, with a moderate tannic texture.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
Serve at 12-14 ºC. Excellent with cold cuts and cheeses and with all meat dishes.
