Wine description
A rosé wine with a velvety taste, which comes from Montepulciano grapes harvested in October. Vinification requires soft pressing with subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics of this wine from Abruzzo
The wine has a bright pink colour with violet nuances. The olfactory bouquet is fruity with vivid notes of cherry and flowers. On the palate it is of medium cordpo, slightly sapid and with a velvety finish.
Suggested food pairings with this rosé wine
Try it with fish or white meat dishes but also fresh or semi-mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10 ºC.
