Grillo Sicilia MIRAL DOC BIO FINA

A charming yellow color, an intoxicating olfactory bouquet: these are two of the hallmarks of this white wine from the Sicilian winery Fina, which is made from pure Grillo grapes from the sunny company vineyards; the grapes grow where the Mediterranean climate offers the perfect ideal conditions, reaching their full expression. The harvest is carried out by hand, in such a way as to preserve the freshness and integrity of the grapes: after harvesting, a gentle pressing is carried out to extract the precious aromas. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and final refinement in steel, with an additional 6 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of this Grillo DOC from Sicily

It is striking for a bright yellow color reminiscent of the warm climate of Sicily. Citrus aromas develop on the nose, primarily lime and grapefruit, but also green apple and exotic fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with a pleasant minerality.

Excellent with fish dishes: grilled, fried, steamed dishes, shellfish and citrus salads. Serve at 10°C.
