The 10 Vendemmie Limited Edition of Tenuta Ulisse is produced with a blend of white grapes, grown in the vineyards of Crecchio, province of Chieti. After the crushing-destemming takes place fermentation in steel with permanence sur lies and repeated batonnage. The aging takes place partly in French oak barrels.
