Wine description
The Barbaresco DOCG Roncaglie is a typical Piedmont wine produced by the Agricultural company Bel Colle located in Verduno in the Langhe territory. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo coming from the vineyards located in Treiso and Barbaresco. After the fermentation, the refinement is for 4 years in oak or in chestnut barrels.
Characteristics of Barbaresco DOCG
Esthetically it has a purple red color with orange reflections. The scent is delicate and intense with fruity and spicy aromas because of it long refinement. The taste is rich but velvety, dry and harmonic.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Red Wine
It has to be served at 18-20°C. It is perfect to be drunk with meat and aged cheese.
