This Lambrusco of the Ariola winery is honored by the IGT dell’Emilia certification. It is made with 100% Lambrusco Maestri grapes. It belongs to the Gran Cru line which are sparkling wines which have always been produced in the Parma hills. It is an intense wine, tasty, fresh, fragrant, deep and persistent. The Lambrusco Marcello is probably the most renowned, a fresh sparkling red wine very aromatic, soft and pure. This Lambrusco re-ferments in autoclaves or with the Charmat method.

It has an intense ruby red color with a fine and rich perlage. The smell has cherry, blackberry and currant aromas. The taste is rich, fresh and deep. It is sapid and persistent in the end.
