Wine description

A typical sparkling wine of Emilia Romagna that praises the denomination Emilia IGT. It is a blend composed by Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Merlot and Lambrusco Maestri. With the line called “Grand Crü”, Ariola expresses the best products of the territory: sparkling wines that represent the hills around Parma with their intensity, freshness and persistence. “Rosa Nera” is the result of some typical varieties of the territory. This balanced wine is produced with the “charmat” method, that considers a second fermentation in autoclave. It is perfect to accompany the best local dishes of Emilia.  

 

Features of the wine Rosa Nera of Ariola Winery

Dark, ruby red colour, with faint perlage and rich foam. The perfume is rich and expresses cherry and blackberry hints enriched by sensations that recall the underworld. The taste is full, rich and balanced thank to its natural freshness. Great persistence.

 

Recommended food pairings while tasting this wine produced by Ariola

Excellent for the whole meal, this wine is perfect with cold cuts, “cappelletti” and meat. It should be served at 12-14°C and reaches 12% alcohol
