This is a wine with the Emilia IGT certification produced by the renamed Ariola winery from Emilia. It is made with 100% Fortana grapes locally renamed “golden grapes” for the richness of their aromas. This wine belongs to the Gran Cru line which are sparkling wines produced in the Parma hills. The Fortanina born from an ancient local variety called Fortana. It is a red wine with a not charged color, quite alcoholic produced with the re-fermentation in autoclaves or with the Charmat method. It is perfect both with cold cuts and with not very sweet desserts.
