Composed of a blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella, this red wine from the Veneto winery La Giuva comes from a careful selection of the bunches and exclusively in the best vintages. After the harvest, the bunches begin to ripen in the fruit cellar and then a long maceration and fermentation in the tanks take place. The 36-month refinement in new French barriques was followed by a further refinement in the bottle for a year.
