Wine description
From the vinification in blend of Lambrusco salamino grapes for 45%, and Lambrusco maestri for 40%, in addition to the Annellotta for 15% The provenance is the classic one of Emilia. Vinification involves fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, with the use of selected yeasts.
