From the vinification in purity of the grapes of the Piedmontese peasant tradition par excellence. 100% pure Dolcetto returns a gentle and delicious wine. Suitable for any occasion. The origin is that of the vineyards owned by our family in Treiso, Il Bricco, in the Barbaresco area and in Sinio (Val di Croce and Bricco dello Stornello). The vinification takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. A short maceration on the skins follows. Aging takes place in steel until bottling in the month of March following the harvest
Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Pio Cesare’s features
A bright ruby red color. The nose is expressed with hints of small crunchy red fruits, floral notes and hints of spices. The taste on the palate is soft, velvety in tannins and balanced.
