Wine description
From pure vinification of 100% pure Moscato grapes. The origin is a selection of the oldest vines in Santa Vittoria D’Alba, Neviglie and Trezzo Tinella. Vinification involves soft pressing and partial cold fermentation. Aging takes place in steel tanks on the lees until bottling. Short refinement in the bottle.
