Nebbiolo d'Alba "Tovasacco" by Cantina Enrico Serafino was born in the vineyards located in Canale, Priocca and Alba, in the province of Cuneo. It is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown on clay-sandy soils. After manual harvesting, the bunches are cooled with carbonic snow to prevent oxidation. Then there is destemming and soft pressing, cooling of the must and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The maceration is carried out by délestage and with the technique of the submerged cap for over 20 days. Finally, aging in oak wood for 12 months.

On the organoleptic examination, this Piedmontese wine shows an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose there are notes of red fruits but also floral notes. In the mouth the tannins are pleasing and it is balanced.
