Wine description
The Passito di Pantelleria DOC "Serapias" of Mandrarossa, produced with Zibibbo grapes in purity according to traction and according to nature. The grapes are left to dry for 20/22 days on mats in the sun; The wine then ages for about 10 months in steel and rests, for another three in the bottle.
Passito di Pantelleria "Serapias" DOC's features
Golden yellow, with amber reflections. The nose is broad and rich; it expresses, in particular, with hints of citrus fruits and notes of roses and jasmine. The palate is full, pleasantly balanced sweetness. Persistent.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Mandrarossa winery
Excellent with dry pastry or tarts with fruit and custard. Serve at a temperature of 12°C in a fairly large glass.
