From the vinification of the most famous Friulian grape vinified in purity and in absolute respect for local traditions. The grape variety used for this label is 100% pure Ribolla Gialla. The origin is the classic one of the company's vineyards located in Nimis. The grapes are harvested at the end of September when fully ripe. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature and is followed by slow maturation until late summer. After the necessary aging period in the bottle lying down, La Roncaia Ribolla Gialla is ready.
