From the vinification in purity of grapes of Cannonau. The production area in which the vines fall is the classic one of the territory of central Sardinia, in Sulcis. The harvest: takes place from the third decade of September and lasts until the beginning of October. The vinification involves the maceration of about 1 week at 24-26°C. Then the maturation in steel for a few months. Another 2 months in glass complete the evolution.
Characteristics of this Sardinian wine
On the organoleptic test, this traditional Sardinian wine has an intense ruby red color. The nose is broad and expresses itself with hints of small red fruits and notes of violet. The taste on the palate is of good body, harmonious, pleasantly warm and with a velvety tannic texture. Persistent.

This wine is excellent with cold cuts, it goes well with grilled meat and soft cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 16ºC in a large glass.
