From the pure vinification of 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the vineyards of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Denominazione di Origine Controllata. Harvesting is carried out by hand with the grapes at the perfect degree of ripeness. Vinification involves soft pressing, brief cold maceration, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel. Maturation takes place for several months in steel.

On organoleptic examination, the wine has a straw-yellow colour with faint golden reflections. The aroma is delicate and pleasant, of citrus fruits, white flowers, hay and fresh fruit.
