From the Val di Cembra of Trentino this Riesling was born with an intriguing personality, symbol of the territory of origin and son of the extreme conditions from which it was born. For its production are used Rhine Riesling grapes alone, cultivated in the vineyards located to the south, south-west and south-east at about 500-600 m asl: here the soils are very deep and of fluvial-glacial origin, very rich in organic substances. The harvest takes place at the end of September and beginning of October, followed by soft pressing, short maceration on the skins and finally fermentation and aging in steel, with a brief stop also in French oak barrels.
Characteristics of this wine from Trentino
On the organoleptic examination it has a straw yellow color. The olfactory notes recall aromas of ripe fruit, apricot and white peach while the palate is slightly mineral and the right flavor, with a good balance.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Excellent with fish dishes, also raw, white meat and vegetables in batter. Serve at a temperature of 10 ºC.
