Wine description
Pigato DOC is a white wine from Liguria region. Its ancient Vineyard, probably imported from Greece, was already known by Catullo and Plinio.
Characteristics of Pigato DOC
It presents a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose an intense bouquet rises, enriched by peach and broom notes. Fruity and persistent in taste.
Recommended pairings while tasting this white wine
It should be served in a stem glass at a temperature of 8-10°C. It can be paired with every fish dish.
