Wine description
This elegant wine produced by Domini Veneti is composed by 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The vineyards are located in lands where the elevation touches 50 meters above the sea level. Here the soils are mainly characterized by clay and limestone. The harvest is planned between the half and the end of September. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and the soft pressing. The fermentation temperature is set on 16-18°C. The aging is developed in steel tanks.
Lugana DOC's features
Straw yellow colour with green shades enriched by delicate hints of fruits and flowers. The taste is fresh and enchanting.
