This elegant blend by Domini Veneti represents a symbol of Verona. It is composed by 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 10% other grapes. The vineyards are located in the traditional area of Valpolicella, between 100 and 250 meters above the sea level. The harvest is planned at the end of September and it is managed manually. The wine making considers the elimination of stalks and the soft pressing. The aging is managed in steel tanks.
Features of this Valpolicella Classico Doc
Intense ruby red colour enriched by perfumes that recall red fruits and spices. Its taste is dry, warm, medium-structured, silky, with balanced tannins.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this red wine
This wine is perfect with pasta, meat and aged cheeses. It has to be served at 16°C in a high, wide wine glass that concentrates all its perfumes.
