Roero Arneis DOC is a white wine from Piedmont region. Grapes comes from Arneis vineyards, in the vicinity of Roero, in the territory of Alba. Grapes are harvested in mid-September: bunches are picked by hand and placed in the typical red boxes, then they are moved in a cellar. Clarified must is fermented in particular stainless steel tank named “fermentino” at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. When fermentation is completed, wine undergoes refrigeration peremptorily in a natural way. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Fruity and persistent bouquet with banana notes. Roero Arneis is dry and aristocratic in taste.
Recommended pairings while tasting this white wine
It should be served in in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of about 8-12°C. It’s an excellent aperitif and it can be paired with refined dishes and appetizers, especially with fish and white meat.
