The twine cap, is a tribute to the territory of Prosecco par excellence. It recalls the ancient local tradition of preserving bottles produced with artisan method. The vinification, as it was once done, involves the use of Glera grapes for 95%, to which are added grapes for 5% of Verdiso. The origin is the classic one of Veneto, in the renowned area of Valdobbiadene is born the prosecco DOCG Casilir di Andreola. Vinification after manual harvesting, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing to extract only the must flower. The wine ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperature and always in steel tank is refermented according to the Martinotti method.

The organoleptic examination of the wine shows a straw yellow color with an elegant, fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is broad and rich in fruity hints reminiscent of golden apples, acacia and a slight vegetal note. The taste returns to the taste fruity aromas on a medium persistence.
