This Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco is produced with the vineyards that grow on the hills of the area Valdobbiadene, in the boundaries of DOCG denomination, near the slopes of Dolomiti mountains. It is a soft, enchanting Prosecco, characterized by sweetness, fragrance and intensity. It recalls the tradition and it is recommended to close a great dinner with typical desserts of Veneto. This wine is mainly composed by Glera, with a little percentage of Verdiso and Perera in order to give the right richness and perfumes. The lands are located in the prestigious zone of Santo Stefano and the harvest starts in the second half of September. The white wine making, without any contact with the peels, is set at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The foam formation appears slowly during a re-fermentation at 12° C in huge, closed containers. The pressure of the bottle reaches 4,5 atm.
