This rosé wine from Cantina Le Morette is made from a blend of 55% Corvina, 35% Rondinella and 10% Molinara grapes: the grapes come from the historic Bardolino area, which is why the name includes the designation ‘Classico’. The grapes are harvested by hand during the last ten days of September; this is followed by soft pressing and vinification in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures; followed by maceration for 4–6 hours in contact with the skins to achieve its characteristic colour. It is then aged in the bottle for one month.
Characteristics of this Veneto wine
