This Prosecco from Le Manzane is made from a blend of Glera grapes, which must account for at least 85% of the total, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. The vineyards are located at an altitude of up to 200 metres above sea level and benefit from medium-textured, slightly clayey soil. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed with static cold decanting of the must and alcoholic fermentation begins. After racking, ageing in steel begins for 2 months, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclaves for 30 days and finally bottling, for a further 30 days of final ageing.
Characteristics of this Prosecco brut
It has a bright straw yellow colour and a lively perlage; the nose is pleasantly fruity while the palate is fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Recommended pairings with this Le Manzane Prosecco
