This Conegliano Prosecco Superiore Springo Bronze from Cantina Le Manzane is made from 100% Glera grapes grown on the Manzana Hill in the municipality of Vittorio Veneto. This steep, south-facing hilly area boasts medium-textured soil. Following manual harvesting, the must is cold-decanted and alcoholic fermentation begins at an average temperature of 16-17°C. After three months of sur lie maturation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in an autoclave for 30 days. After another two months of sur lie maturation, the wine is finally bottle-aged for approximately twenty days.
Features of this Springo Bronze
It has a straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is very intense, reminiscent of yellow fruit, wisteria, and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, harmonious, and elegant.
Recommended pairings with this Prosecco
