Prosecco DOC Rosé Treviso Brut Millesimato Serenitatis originates from the vineyards of the province of Treviso and is produced with a blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, grape varieties that offer elegance, freshness and a delicate aromatic structure. Winemaking involves soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Sparkling wine is made using the Martinotti-Charmat method, while Pinot Noir is harvested early to maintain balance and softness in the wine.
