This is a traditional wine from Veneto. The cultivation areas are “Groletta” and “Conca d'Oro” vineyards located in the DOCG Amarone area. This wine is made with Corvina Veronese 50% Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, and Oseleta 5%. There is a first step of withering of the grapes for 3 months in the fruit-drying and it follows 3 years in the Slavonia oak barrels of 35hl.
