This wine comes from “Sandrà” in the Castelnuovo del Garda hamlet where are located the best grapes of the Tommasi winery from Veneto to produce the Custoza. The vineyards used are the Trebbiano, Garganega, Malvasia and Cortese. There is a refinement period in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. The Bosco del Gal took its name by the homonym vineyard which is surrounded at north by a big forest characterized by a glacial origins terroir. It is made by a blend of trebbiano, garganega, malvasia and cortese grapes and this Custoza DOC is the result of the passion of the Tommasi winery.

It has a straw yellow color with thin green reflections. The smell is fruity and floral with remarkable peach, apricots, and jasmine aromas. The taste is elegant, balanced and sapid.
