This red wine is produced with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a young variety that comes from the natural union of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are located on soils full of iron, that give to these grapes their particular and unique flavour. The plants are trained with the traditional Guyot method and the density reaches 5500 units per hectare. 25 days maceration followed by 12 days fermentation. The aging is managed in oak barrels and last for 24 months. The evolution in the bottle continues for 2 years.

Intense ruby red colour enriched by herbal sensations with shades of raspberry and blueberry. Great structure and interesting balance given by noble and intense tannins. It is a great wine, with a fabulous, enchanting structure. It improves through the years.

Excellent with delicate red meats, meat sauces and stewed vegetables. It has to be served at 18°C in a wide wine glass.
