Wine description
Der Vincastro Bianco dell'Umbria ist ein Weißwein gewonnen aus Trauben: 50 % Grechetto und 50 % Trebbiano. Die für die Herstellung dieses Weins verwendeten Trauben werden geerntet und in Holzkisten gelegt; Anschließend werden sie so gepresst, dass der Most entsteht, dem einheimische Hefen zugesetzt werden. Im Februar wird der Vincastro abgefüllt.
Die Eigenschaften von Vincastro Bianco
Auf den ersten Blick erscheint es strohgelb. Am Gaumen ist er subtil und fruchtig.
Empfohlene Kombinationen mit Vicastro Bianco
In großen Gläsern bei einer Temperatur von 10-12°C servieren. Dieser Wein eignet sich hervorragend als Aperitif und passt gut zu Fischgerichten.
