Weinbeschreibung
Das „Miòl Écru“ des Kellers Bortolomiol Es handelt sich um eine aus Trauben hergestellte Cuvée Chardonnays , Glera und Perera. Nach der Ernte in der ersten Septemberhälfte erfolgt die Weinbereitung in Weiß durch sanftes Pressen, anschließende erste Gärung mit ausgewählten Hefen bei kontrollierter Temperatur und zweite Gärung nach 20 Tagen.
Eigenschaften des Prosecco Extra Dry „Miol Ecru“
Bei der organoleptischen Untersuchung zeigt diese Cuvée eine strohgelbe Farbe. Die Nase ist fruchtig und aromatisch, im Mund ist er frisch, samtig und würzig.
Empfohlene Paarungen mit diesem Spumante von Cantina Bortolomiol
Perfekt zu rohem Fisch, ideal in Kombination mit Sushi. Bei einer Temperatur von 8°C in einem spitz zulaufenden Glas servieren.
