Wine description
Verduno Palaverga DOC es ist ein Rotwein aus dem Piemont , Hergestellt vom Bauernhof Bel Colle in der Gemeinde Verduno in der Langhe. Die Traube, aus der dieser Wein entsteht, ist fast ausschließlich Paleverga Piccolo, eine seltene, aber alte Rebe dieser Gegend, die in den Gemeinden Verduno, Roddi und La Morra angebaut wird.
Die Eigenschaften des Verduno-Weins
Auf den ersten Blick erscheint es hell rubinrot mit kirschroten Reflexen. Der Duft ist intensiv und duftend mit fruchtigen und würzigen Noten von weißem Pfeffer. Am Gaumen ist er frisch, samtig und harmonisch.
Die empfohlenen Kombinationen bei der Verkostung dieses piemontesischen Rotweins
Bei einer Temperatur von 16-18°C servieren. Es begleitet sehr gut Pilzgerichte Hi , Wurstwaren und Fisch.
